Job description:

Customer Support: Handling calls and emails, assisting in resolving technical issues.
Problem Solving: Using your technical expertise to find quick solutions for customers.
Data Entry: Ensuring accuracy when inputting information into the system to maintain smooth processes.
Building Relationships: Establishing long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with customers through professional communication.

Requirements:

Fluency in German C1 level – You will be the main point of contact for our German-speaking customers.
Knowledge of English at B2 level for communication in the team and during training.
Openness and strong communication skills – Your approach to customers will help them feel comfortable and understood.
Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills – We emphasize growth and a desire to learn.
Optional
Technical knowledge – This will help in solving daily challenges, but its not required at the start – we will teach you everything!

We offer:

Full-time employment contract – We want to establish a long-term partnership.
Base salary of 7500 PLN gross – We appreciate your time and dedication.
8:00 - 18:00 Monday-Friday.
Fully paid 5-week training program, combining "learning by doing" with the support of a dedicated mentor.
